Overview
Tasked with the challenge of connecting four floors seamlessly, Active Metal leveraged its expertise in creating the interconnecting stairs for an un-dislosed tech client at Sydneys iconic Salesforce Tower.
The interconnecting stairs, characterised by their black painted handrails and sleek mesh balustrades, serve as a functional yet sophisticated focal point within the office space. These elements not only provided structural integrity but also enhanced the visual appeal, aligning perfectly with the modern and dynamic aesthetic desired by the client.
The careful selection of materials, including durable vinyl flooring, was instrumental in achieving a balance between aesthetic appeal and practical functionality. The vinyl flooring, chosen for its durability and ease of maintenance, complemented the sleek design of the stairs, ensuring that the space remained both stylish and user-friendly.
A significant aspect of the project was its commitment to sustainability, which was reflected in the achievement of LEED GOLD certification. This certification underscores the project’s adherence to environmental standards and the client’s dedication to reducing their ecological footprint.
The end result was a versatile and aesthetically pleasing office space that exceeded the client’s expectations. The seamless integration of the interconnecting stairs not only facilitated better connectivity between floors but also fostered a more collaborative and engaging work environment
