Overview:
A well-known skyscraper, Zenith tower is regarded as one of the premier office assets on Sydney’s north shore. As part of a refurbishment to the multi-floor tenancy, Active Metal was selected to execute the intertenancy stair link between levels 11 and 12, giving the tenancy’s staff direct access to a centrally located break-out zone.
Active Metals work on the project included slab support steel work, the staircase structure, glazed balustrades to stairs and void as well as full height partition glass to one side of the void. Working closely with the fitout specialist architect, AriiSmith, the Active Metal team ensured the finished product exceeded expectations, also completing the timber treads, nosings, handrails and painting of the structure.
