Overview
With collaboration, community and communication at the core of everything they do, Virgin recognised that their multiple Sydney based offices really didn’t fit their company culture and it was time for a cultural shift literally. Bringing all of their employees into the one space, Virgin’s North Sydney headquarters (dubbed Vodafone Central) is an agile hub of collaboration.
With employee needs and company culture driving the design, the space is flexible and better connected. Interconnecting staircases, created by Active Metal, connect each of the 8 levels to create connectivity and flow between employees as they move floors between different environments, bumping into colleagues and striking up conversations along the way.
