Overview
As Australia’s third largest economy, the Greater Western Sydney area offers a wealth of sustainable opportunities for forward thinking and innovative enterprises. The University of Western Sydney’s Werrington Park Corporate Centre is a vibrant and connected business hub designed to meet the region’s demand for high-tech industry and knowledge-economy jobs in an affordable, accessible location.
Supported by the Australian Government’s Suburban Jobs Program, the three-story centre features tenancies on either side of a bridged, central daylight atrium. The extensive use of glass throughout the building brings in an abundance of natural light whilst allowing occupants to take in the regional views. Active Metal contributed to the high quality finish of this project with the fabrication and installation of frameless glazed balustrades, timber handrails and stainless steel handrails throughout.
