Overview
Designed to accommodate a variety of learning styles, the new Materials Science and Engineering Building at UNSW is a state-of-the-art, purpose built facility committed to the future growth of the materials science and engineering industries.
Opening the doors to a plethora of new opportunities for students, the building is set across seven floors, each connected by a series of staircases, ensuring a seamless link between laboratories, workspaces and collaborative social areas. The Active Metal ensured the building was finished with an incredible level of workmanship, fabricating and installing the stainless steel and glazed balustrades, handrails and door open bollards throughout.
