The Langston is the vibrant heart of a thriving community designed by the award-winning architectural firm Architectus, developed by Cbus Property and constructed by Hutchinson Builders. The project is designed as a new era of modern living, one that combines convenience, urban connectivity and supreme comfort.
Centering the lobby is an impressive double-height sculptural circular staircase created by Active Metal team. The steel spiral staircase is fabricated with 14 tonnes of mild steel, spanning from the ground level to podium level, with an overall height nearly 6 metres. With steel plate being the material of choice for a minimalist style, the staircase is finish painted in black with timber stair treads, stainless-steel handrails and integrated LED lighting. Combining the functional and aesthetic features, the helix staircase connects the residents and visitors to the home lifestyle at podium level where the co-working space, multipurpose room, wellness hub and pool deck can all be found.

The Langston is a mixed-use precinct, comprising three towers containing 462 premium apartments, 2000 square meters of activated retail space and 2500 square metres of communal open space. The development is situated on the highest land point in the suburb, enabling stunning panoramic views to the Sydney CBD to the south east, and the Blue Mountain views to the west. The Langston is located just 100 metres from Epping train station, and is set to become a highly recognizable and distinctive landmark for Epping in New South Wales.
