Overview
Reflecting their position as the largest owner of office buildings in the Sydney CBD, giant property investors Dexus recently moved into Siedlers iconic Australia square. Initially taking up the tenancy with a 2-level “flexible work environment” fitout, the company recently carried out a further expansion after acquiring an additional level. This acquisition saw the need for a second in-tenancy staircase.
Teaming with architects Wood Bagot and the fitout builder, Active Metal created this stunning staircase and balustrade combination. Highlighted with elements of glass in the balustrade, blackbutt timber treads and handrail, this turnkey stair installation is indeed an outstanding centrepiece in this high quality workspace, with the seamless fabrication of the wrought iron style balustrade showcasing Active’s craftsmanship.
