Overview:
Overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney International Terminal, this multi-floor tenancy needed an impressive fitout inside to complement its spectacular outlook. Linking the 4 upper levels of the building, the inter-tenancy stair climbs its way up to the rooftop, linking offices with entertaining areas and meeting rooms to increase the collaborative nature of the fitout.
The straight flight stairs were completely fabricated in our Silverwater facility before being craned directly onto the roof of the 11 storey building where our installation team expertly lowered each of the flights into position through the stair penetration. Also completing the slab support steel work, glazed balustrades, timber treads and handrail, Active Metal also helped with the finishing touches of the rooftop extension, bringing the design together there with stainless steel and glazed balustrades.
