Overview
Walking up or down the Bates Smart designed staircase of the new Campaign Monitor offices in Sydney, you’ll find yourself in a space that has been designed to connect employees. Collaboration-killing obstacles and habits, such as the use of elevators were eliminated wherever possible with stairs introduced as a vital design component.
In-house chefs and baristas ensure that the popular kitchen and chill zones become networking hubs where inspiration runs wild and ideas come to life. Active Metal helped to bring Campaign Monitor’s vision to life, creating the simple yet impressive staircase that connects the two floors to foster a highly collaborative work environment.
