Overview
“It takes imagination to make science more efficient”.
As a workplace focused on innovation, creativity and collaboration, Boston Scientific required a workplace model that would foster creativity and promote a collaborative community amongst staff.
As a leading innovator of medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world, the health and wellbeing of staff was also a key influencing factor for the design of the space. Focusing on flexible and open plan working environments, the workplace is split over two floors with key zones configured around or close to the interconnecting stair. Designed and created by Active Metal, the steel staircase allows for seamless functionality and movement within the space.
