Overview:
Asciano, as Australia’s largest provider of integrated rail and port operations, is a company that keeps households and businesses running 24 hours a day, every day. And reflecting this, Asciano’s Head Office in Sydney needed to be a place that created a culture of wellbeing and collaboration.
The Active Metal Team were brought in to complete the structural steel staircases at the core of the building, allowing both visitors and staff to easily travel between office spaces and meeting rooms across the 3 levels. All of these staircases included integrated mild steel balustrades, glazed balustrades and steel handrails. A superbly executed cantilevered switchback design.
