SGP Laminated and toughened clear safety glass

Where a superior strength and waterproof laminate is required for higher loadings and applications without handrails, the SGP (Sentry Glass Plus) interlayer is used, bonded between the toughened glass panels. This example is a 15.04mm (6+3.04PVB+6) from standard toughened glass. Other thicknesses commonly used are 19.04mm, 23.04mm and 27.04mm. The SGP has a typically better laminate edge finish. Common brand name versions of the SGP panel include Skyglass and Vistaview, but most of our glass suppliers can provide the same specification.
