The continued health and safety of our employees, clients and partners is our primary concern especially as we continue to be impacted by the current coronavirus situation.

Construction Industry in NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD

The Construction Industry is still operational in the main states in which we operate so our site teams and supporting production facilities will continue to deliver their contracted works.

Temporary Closure of Head Office

Following the recent advice and direction from state and federal governments, Active Metal has temporarily closed the head office located at Sydney Olympic Park and all administration and project staff are working remotely.

Sales and Estimating Departments are Fully Manned

There is no reduction at all in our pricing activity so keep those tenders and price requests flowing in. If you need a face to face meeting, please be free to book your Zoom meeting in with Gavin or one of the Team.

Project Management and Sites Remain Fully Functional

Project Managers,Site Managers and Installers in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne are continuing to attend client construction sites as necessary to ensure the safe and high-quality installation of our products.

Interstate Travel Reduced

All employee interstate travel has been reduced to essential travel only until further notice and many internal and external meetings will be conducted via Zoom as applicable

Active Metal Factory Still Operational

The Active Metal factory at Silverwater remains fully operational and continues to fabricate bespoke elements for specific projects.  If you are needing to collect any materials or works from the factory, please call ahead to our Production Manager, Charles Pace on 0422 237 136 and your material will be bought out on your arrival.  No access to the factory is possible without prior arrangement.

Hygiene and Social Distancing

On site and in the factory all our employees and partners are adhering to the strict safety and hygiene directions and precautions, including strict social distancing. Remember Casual Contact is not Close Contact so keep safe and keep well!

Survive and Thrive

We continue to monitor the situation on all sites and take pre-emptive action whenever possible to alleviate any possible risks. But there is a way through and we will all come out of this stronger and more determined to succeed and support one another!
